Derp cat.

Hello Tumblr! Sorry I vanished for a while. I’ve been busy with work but also: I got engaged! So most of my free time has been spent taking care of the massive amounts of work that is planning a wedding. 

Anyway, have a Blizzcon badge I did for http://snarkie.deviantart.com/ to tide you over until I can start churning out more stuff again. I do want to do those sketch requests eventually, when I have the time.

This is exactly how I feel about the fall/winter holidays. This applies to food, potpourri, candles, EVERYTHING. 

Yup! I have two cats, named Apollo and Athena. I’m a fan of both Greek mythology and Battlestar Galactica, so it’s sort of a double-reference.

They are not, however, nearly as majestic as their namesakes. Athena is cross-eyed and Apollo is wall-eyed so if you put them together, you get one cat who can actually see straight.

Doodled this today during lunch and finished it up after work.

Drawing Tennant’s hair is like being lost in a maze. I think I used 3 layers to ink just his hair, and got confused several times while doing it.

I don’t post a lot of my really rough sketches for finished pieces, but I figured people might like to see more of those. They’re kind of crazy…which is why I usually do not post them.

By the time I am finished with a sketch it is usually totally indecipherable by anyone but me.

David Tennant is far too much fun to draw. I think it’s the crazy eyes and crazy hair.
