This is a fairly accurate rendition of my lunch experience this afternoon.  I really love guacamole. If anything, I am usually more concerned I will be given too little rather than too much. But even I was somewhat overwhelmed by the extremely generous portion I received today. When I literally cannot find my tacos under the sea of guacamole, that might just be a little too much.
